Just like successful people, successful businesses grow and change over time. As people grow up, they sometimes hold different ideas from their parents about how their lives should progress. Ultimately, successful people (and organizations too) have had to make deliberate decisions over time to reach their highest goals.

City Planners, a company incorporated to deliver real estate solutions is in the development stage (housing development) of its Sherry view garden where we target delivering 250 units of houses at the first phase, and it will interest you to know that these projects have entirely been financed by internally generated funds and the pool of clients’ subscriptions. These funds are immediately dispatched for different aspects of the projects. Real estate projects require huge outlay but this responsible organization has been able to balance its concerns between working capital requirements and long term deliverables.

The recent global economic hullabaloo has no doubt tampered with clients’ purchasing power and obviously the availability of finance has shifted from being plentiful to being scarce in the extreme. This understandably has led to clients’ calling for their fund everywhere they have investment including Sherry View Garden scheme to take care of their immediate needs.

However, we have noticed a trend; withdrawing clients show little or no concern when calling for their fund. These clients want the company to do the magic of refunding their deposits within short notice not minding that these monies have gone into the projects and are not kept in banks. This development called for a serious concern and the management of City Planners resolved as follows in the interest of all:

We encourage clients to visit the site and see the pace of development. We also make bold to say that we are about the only organization living up to its billing on Mowe/Ofada axis res ipsa loquitur

This new policy will help to stem the tide of ‘robbing Peter to pay Paul’.  Promises made to clients are almost sacred and we will do everything humanly possible to fulfill these promises.

This kind of slight change is only normal on the path of success. We have the determination, the human resources, and the vision to achieve the highest goals of delivering on our project promises.
